Work Package

Bismillah.

If anyone around me was affected by the changing attitude I had in me lately, the negative vibe, I am really sorry for them. The wrong part of me was to let the emotion took control of my behaviour -when it should not and never should be. 

But after all, emotion is what made me (us) a human. 

I am passionate with what I am doing now although I had few procrastination sessions like others but I found it is easier to pick up myself later.

But my aunt is right. You will never get a perfect package of job. 

There's a job that offers good pay, but the working environment is pretty sick.

There's a job that offers a good environment but the pay might not to your standard.

There's job that offers both; but it's not what you are dreaming for.

There's a job that doesn't offer both; but it is your passion.

The forth applied to my context. Let's see how long this is going to take me. 

To employer; bullying your employee will only degrade their productivity and tear down their trust in you. Small things matter especially when they work not for you but for their passion. When they work for their passion, they will give the best, which will give you a greater ROI. When they work for you, you will only get what you asked for -which might not be the best product from them.

Gathering all my courage to say no.
